I'm interested in antibiotics resistance issue in bacteria and like to do research about it.
PhD research work:
Molecular and Microbiological Characteristics of Bacteria Isolated from Diabetic Foot Infections.
1. Molecular genetic study of Escherichia coli bacteria isolated from different sources.
2. Distribution of blaTEM, blaSHV, blaCTX-M, blaOXA, and blaDHA in Proteus mirabilis Isolated from Diabetic Foot Infections in Erbil, Iraq
3. METHICILLIN RESISTANT SMALL COLONY VARIANT (SCVS) STAPHYLOCOCCI ISOLATED FROM DIABETIC FOOT INFECTIONS
4. MANNITOL FERMENTING METHICILLIN-RESISTANT COAGULASE NEGATIVE STAPHYLOCOCCI ISOLATED FROM DIABETIC FOOT INFECTIONS.
