Professor Dr. Badia MN Saleh has BSc in Nursing from Bagdad University - Iraq. She got MSc degree in Maternity Nursing from Boston, USA, and PhD degree in Community Health Nursing from Bagdad University. She was the dean in act of College of Nursing in Bagdad University for many years. She has many activities for improving nursing profession in national and international level. Now she is retired but has continued involvement in teaching and supervising MSc and PhD students in College of Nursing/Hawler Medical University. She has more than 50 published research on nursing, midwifery and women's health. She was the main founder of establishing Midwifery Department in College of Nursing/HMU in 2012.
