Dr. Kemal M. Surji is a scholar and educator affiliated with Hawler Medical University in Erbil, Kurdistan Region, Iraq. He serves as a lecturer in the Department of Pharmacology at the College of Pharmacy.

Dr. Surji holds a PhD and is also a Board Registered Respiratory Care Practitioner. His academic interests span healthcare leadership, human resource management in healthcare, pharmacoeconomics, and organizational behavior. He has contributed to various academic journals, including the European Journal of Business and Management and the Journal of Health and Medicine.
