Hewa has a M.Sc. degree in Drug Discovery and Development in the UK, and B.Sc. in Pharmacy from Hawler Medical university. He teaches Pharmaceutical technology and cosmetics for pharmacy students. Also, he is a member of global shapers community, and different charity organizations.
