Hoshang Kh.Abdelrahman graduated from College of Dentistry in 2000, awarded the M.Sc degree in prosthodontics from College of Dentistry- University of Sulaimani in 2006.

He awarded Ph.D degree in the Hawler Medical University/College of Dentistry department of Prosthodontics in 2020 .

He started as a teaching staff in the College of Dentistry- University of Sulaimani from 2007-2009, then from 2009 upto now in the College of Dentistry- Hawler Medical University.
