Anjam Rawanduzy, M.D., FICMC. is the Chief of Neurological Surgery, Hawler Medical University, College of Medicine, Clinical teacher of Surgery, Hawler Medical School.
He earned his medical degree from the University of Tikrit, Tikrit, Iraq and completed his neurosurgical residency at the University of Baghdad within the framework of Iraqi Board for medical specialization in Neurosurgery.

Dr. Anjam's primary surgical interests are in pediatric, spine, trauma and skull base neurosurgery. His clinical interests are also numerous. He has established a cooperation and fruitful partnership with the only Iraqi certified skull base surgeon and are currently and since four years tackle together all the difficult cases of neurosurgery, mainly through microscopical skull base approaches where they both shined to be the number one referral drainage for the difficult cases, they have built a huge teem of residents and board certified seniors to help train them on these difficult approaches.

Dr. Anjam's surgical clinical research includes the surgical approaches for colloid cyst, a correlation between inter-hemispheric transcallosal approach and endoscopic transcortical approach, his work was published in international literature and journals. Further research involves comparing surgical versus conservative management for the patients of sciatica as well as another published research on correlating the modern mini-palmer incision with the traditional incision and approach for the carpal tunnel syndrome surgery, several other research are in the process of publishing in both local and international scientific journals of Neurosurgery.
