HMU-College of Medicine had the First Scientific Research Conference of Medical Students
First Scientific Research Conference of Medical Students at Hawler Medical University - College of Medicine achieved with the participation of vast number of academics, researchers and students on 4th of April 2018 at the conference hall of Dedeman Hotel.
The conference were included the speech of the College of Medicine's Dean, speech of the Student's Representative as an Organizer of the conference, musical performance, Coffee Break and a series of seminars, which were under these titles:
- Knowledge, attitude and practice of people toward cosmetic procedures in Erbil city.
- Pattern of seeking health care among a group of people in Erbil city.
- Assessing health care responsiveness in public and private hospitals.
- Medical student’s knowledge attitude and practice about environmental pollution.
- Pattern of hepatitis B and C among patients attending central public health laboratory in Erbil city from 2015-2017.
- The phenomenon of medical representation among students in college of medicine, dentistry and pharmacy at HMU.
- Engineering role colorectal cancer screening in Asian countries - colorectal cancer screening in Qatar.
- Female discrimination in society among students of medicine and medical health sciences.
- Perspective of foreign people on health care services in Kurdistan region - Iraq.
- Part time work among students of Hawler Medical University.
- Compliance with medical prescriptions among a sample of patients in Erbil city - Iraq.
