The President of Hawler Medical University, Professor Dr. Ali Abdulrazaq Al-Dabbagh, paid an official visit to the College of Nursing as part of the university leadership’s ongoing efforts to support academic development and strengthen institutional engagement across its colleges.
Prof. Dr. Al-Dabbagh was accompanied by Vice President Assistant Professor Dr. Hawri M. Baker and Vice President for Student Affairs Assistant Professor Dr. Karwan M. Amin. The delegation was received by Assistant Professor Dr. Vian Al-Naqshbandi, Dean of the College of Nursing, together with members of the college Council and Head of managerial Units.
During the visit, discussions focused on the progress of academic programs, current educational activities, and future plans aimed at enhancing the overall quality of the university and the College of Nursing. Particular attention was given to strengthening clinical training opportunities, improving student services, and further aligning academic programs with the needs of modern healthcare systems.
University officials emphasized that such visits are part of a broader strategy to reinforce cooperation between the university leadership and its colleges, while ensuring the continued development of academic programs and the advancement of high-quality education at Hawler Medical University.
