On Monday 14/11/2022, On the occasion of “World international Day of Diabetes”, College of Nursing-Hawler Medical University conducted a Health Awareness campaign activity under the theme " Educate to Protect Tomorrow". The Dean of College of Nursing,  faculty staff/lecturers and students have participated in the campaign via performing different activities including various presentation, as well checking blood sugar, distributing posters, leaflets ….etc, in the community, alongside with health awareness for public. It is worth to mention that the event have been arranged by various specialties such adult, Pediatric , Maternal and Neonatal Nursing…etc. Furthermore, students and lecturers have coordinated the health awareness campaign in collaboration with Raparin (pediatric), Maternity hospitals.  The event continued till the end of the day though visiting many localities in Erbil to involve them in the diabetes health awareness campaign.
