The Rector of Hawler Medical University Awards Promotion Order to Research Center Director
In recognition of academic excellence and dedication to higher education, the Rector of Hawler Medical University, Prof. Nooruddin Ismail Allah werdi, officially awarded the promotion order to the Director General of the Hawler Medical University Research Center, elevating him from the rank of Assistant Professor to Professor.
The promotion ceremony took place on Monday, June 16, 2025, at the Office of the University Presidency. The event was attended by senior university leadership, including Prof. Hawre Mustafa Bakr, Vice Rector for Administrative and Financial Affairs; Prof. Zhiyan Dzeyi, Vice Rector for Scientific Affairs; Prof. Karwan Mohammed Mohammed Amin, Vice Rector for Student Affairs; alongside Deans, the Secretary of the University Council, and the Director of the University Registry.
