The College of Nursing at Hawler Medical University conducted a specialized workshop for college employees aimed at introducing and enhancing their understanding of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and its practical applications.

The workshop focused on familiarizing staff with the ERP system as a comprehensive planning and management platform designed to integrate, organize, and manage institutional data and core administrative processes. Participants were introduced to the system’s role in facilitating effective communication between administrative units, including the submission and receipt of official correspondence across departments.

In addition, the ERP system was highlighted as a key tool for archiving and safeguarding academic and administrative records, including faculty and employee files, as well as managing financial inflows and outflows in accordance with institutional regulations. All administrative units, based on the organizational structure of the College, will utilize the ERP system to support efficient workflow, data accuracy, and secure information management.
