Abstract:
The purpose of this workshop is to create a structured and consistent approach to student advisory across the college. By equipping heads of departments with the necessary advisory skills, we aim to establish a framework where academic teachers are well-prepared to support students in their academic journeys, helping them navigate academic challenges and reach their full potential. The training will ensure that department heads are empowered to lead and mentor their teams in fostering a supportive advisory environment within each department.
