Successful Workshop on HACCP System for Food Safety

The Medical Research Center at Hawler Medical University recently hosted an insightful workshop for academic staff titled "HACCP System for Food Safety." Presented by Prof. Dr. Kareem Fattah Aziz, the session provided a comprehensive overview of the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) system, essential for ensuring food safety and quality.

Held on Wednesday, 6th November 2024, at 11:00 AM in the Seminar Hall of the College of Pharmacy, the workshop was attended by numerous faculty members eager to deepen their understanding of food safety protocols. Prof. Dr. Kareem shared valuable knowledge on identifying, evaluating, and controlling food safety hazards, reinforcing the role of HACCP in public health.
