On Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at 10:000 AM, in Conference hall of the College of Health Sciences, a master's thesis defense was held for postgraduate student (Shewaz Shamsaddin ) under the title: Evaluation of the Antifungal Activity of Selected algae against Candida Species Isolated from Clinical Specimens in Erbil City
The defense committee members were:
1. Prof. Dr. Janan Toma- Salahaddin University / Chairman
2. Assist. Prof. Dr. Taha Jalal – Koya University / Member.
3. Assist. Prof. Dr. Vian Badaddin - Hawler Medical University / Member
4. Prof. Dr. Sewgil Saaduldeen - Hawler Medical University / Member and Supervisor. The master's thesis was discussed and evaluated. The student answered and elaborated on the committee's questions and comments, and her study was approved.
