Happy World Physiotherapy Day!

Today, September 8th, in Coordination With Hawler Medical University / College of Health Sciences - Physiotherapy Department, a Special Seminar Was Organized at Tishk International University Regarding World Physiotherapy Day 2025. This year, The World Confederation Physiotherapy(WCPT) Has Focused on The Theme: "Healthy Ageing; Preventing Falls and Frailty in Older Adults."

With Great Pride, Dr.Ali Astokorki The Head of Physiotherapy Department at our College Presented As The First Speaker, Where He Elaborately And Scientifically Highlighted The Role And Responsibilities of Physiotherapists in Maintaining The Health of Older Adults and Slowing Down The Aging Process Through Physical Strengthening And Active Living.

We Were Also Delighted To See The Active Participation of Our Physiotherapy Students, Who Made Efforts To Gain Knowledge And Develop Their Skills.
