Health sciences college has organized a workshop about how to use ELISA. This workshop included explanation principles of ELISA and the types of reaction included. This technique employed to measure the concentration of either antibody(Ab) or antigen. A 96 –well plate is used to do the experiment and is always coated with either Abs or antigen. Specific company produce ELISA kit for scientific or diagnostic purposes. After preparing the sample for testing depending of a guide the plate is placed in specific device or tool which connected to computer and operated by a program to complete the measurements.
