Professor Dr. Ali Al-Dabbagh has been appointed as the new president of the Hawler Medical University
On Tuesday, 18th November 2025, Professor Dr. Ali Al-Dabbagh was assigned as the new president of the Hawler Medical University. In a special ceremony, the position of the president of Hawler Medical University has been exchanged from Professor Dr. Hawri Mustafa Bakir to Professor Dr. Ali Al-Dabbagh.
