College of Dentistry – Hawler Medical University in Collaboration with Green Desert Organization Launches Oral Health Awareness Campaign
Raising awareness among the community and students about oral health is an essential part of our educational process.
This time, the College of Dentistry organized an outreach activity at Aweza Basic Mixed School along with several schools in the Mamzawa neighborhood of Erbil.
The activity was carried out under the supervision of the Deanery of the College of Dentistry and the Department of Pediatric Dentistry and Preventive Dentistry, coordinated by Dr. Awaz Kakl and a group of our students.
The campaign included providing health guidance and raising awareness among the schoolchildren and the community on proper ways of maintaining their oral health.
We extend our sincere appreciation to the teachers of Aweza Basic Mixed School, the Green Desert Organization, and our dedicated students. We also wish the pupils a bright future filled with knowledge, success, and good health.
