The presidency of Hawler Medical University extends its deepest condolences to the University of Salahaddin-Hawler and the families, relatives, and friends of
Prof. Dr. Kawan Ismail, Dean of the College of Law and Assist. Prof. Dr. Idris Hamakhan from the College of Engineering who were martyred today in a tragic incident.
Hawler Medical University strongly condemns this violation and asks to take all legal measures for the sake of the rule of law and protect the campuses of universities and the teaching staff.
