Hawler Medical University in collaboration with Cihan University-Erbil
conducted the 3rd International Conference on Biological and Health Sciences at Cihan University conference hall on 30 April 2019 to 1 May 2019. The opening ceremony of the conference was attended by the President of Hawler Medical University, Assist. Prof. Dr. Dara O. Meran, and the university council members of both universities, where the speeches of the the presidents' of both universities were presented in addition to the speech of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The conference included a total of 31 research presentations and a number of keynote speeches by international and local researchers. The conference also included two workshops. The conference was a collaborative activity by the College of Health Sciences of Hawler Medical University and the Department of Biology at Cihan University-Erbil.
