An official delegation of Hawler Medical University that included Assistant Professor Dr. Dara O. Meran, the University President, and Assistant Professor Dr. Alaadin M. Naqishbandi, the Dean of the College of Pharmacy,
visited Johannes Gutenberg University in Germany in March 2018. A memorandum of understanding (MOU) was signed by the two universities to foster mutual cooperation in higher education, scientific research and professional development training.
