On Thursday, September 24, 2026, at 10:00 AM, the College of Nursing at Hawler Medical University, located in Erbil, hosted the formal doctoral dissertation defense for PhD candidate Newroz Gazi Aziz within the Department of Adult Nursing.
Conducted under the academic supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Vian Affan Naqashbandi and Assistant Professor Dr. Zahir Salih Khoshnaw, the candidate successfully defended her doctoral research titled:
"EFFECT OF A HOME-BASED PULMONARY REHABILITATION PROGRAM ON CLINICAL OUTCOMES AMONG PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC OBSTRUCTIVE PULMONARY DISEASE IN ERBIL CITY: A RANDOMIZED CLINICAL TRIAL"
