Summary description : This workshop is attempted to identify the needs for changes in nursing education and develop the knowledge, attitudes, and skills of the teachers, in the College of Nursing, Hawler Medical University. The workshop included presenting a Case based (scenario) model in teaching and presenting the effects of this model on the competency of students’ ability for learning the principles of nursing. In addition, the presentation of the workshop contained group work activities and academic discussions.
