On 15 September 2026, the Center for Research and Education in Women’s Health at Hawler Medical University organized a workshop entitled “Safe Use of
Technology for Women: Preventing Online Harassment and Abuse.” The workshop was presented by Assistant Professor Dr. Sahar M. Zaki and Mr. Haval Abdulkhalik, MSc, . It aimed to raise awareness of online harassment and abuse, promote the safe and responsible use of digital technologies, and introduce practical measures for protecting privacy and personal information. The activity reflected the Center’s commitment to empowering women and fostering a safer and more respectful digital environment.
