The Center of Research and Education in Women’s Health (CREWH), in collaboration with the Kurdistan Women’s Union, conducted a workshop
titled “The Importance of Communication Skills for Healthcare Providers” led by Prof. Dr. Hamdia Merkhan Ahmed.
The session was delivered for healthcare and administrative staff at Helana Health Center, focusing on patient-centered communication, ethical interaction, and culturally sensitive dialogue to improve quality of care and trust within the community.
