Successful PhD Thesis Defense at the College of Pharmacy
The College of Pharmacy, Hawler Medical University, successfully conducted the PhD thesis defense of Safim Tahsin Haias on 30 September 2026.
The thesis, entitled “Non-Invasive Pre-Implantation Genetic Assessment of In Vitro Fertilised Embryos,” was presented before the examination committee.
The defense included an extensive scientific discussion covering the study methodology, genetic assessment approaches, interpretation of the findings, and their scientific and clinical significance. The examination committee engaged the candidate in a comprehensive academic discussion, providing valuable comments, questions, and recommendations that further enriched the scientific quality of the research.
