On the 6th October, Shatw khalid defended her master's thesis successfully. Shatw has studied the impact of different antidiabetic agents on alzheimers disease. Furthermore, she investigated different brain biomarkers to see if antidiabetic medications have any impact on the progression of alzheimer's disease. Her thesis was accepted as a partial fullfilment for master degree in Pharmacology and awarded a distinction.
