Workshop on DNA Fingerprinting Successfully Held at the Medical Research Center

The Medical Research Center, Hawler Medical University successfully conducted a workshop entitled “DNA Fingerprinting” on May 19, 2026, at the Center’s seminar hall.
The workshop was presented by Assistant Professor Ashti Mohammad Amin Said, who delivered an informative session on the principles, workflow, and applications of DNA fingerprinting in molecular biology, forensic science, and biomedical research.
During the workshop, participants were introduced to modern genetic identification techniques and laboratory procedures used in DNA analysis. The session included scientific discussions and practical insights that enhanced participants’ understanding of molecular diagnostic methods.
The activity was attended by academic staff and researchers from different departments of the university, reflecting the Center’s continued commitment to promoting scientific knowledge and practical research skills.
