Hawler Medical University signed a letter of intent with the Institute of Medicine, Sahlgrenska Academy, University of Gothenburg to encourage cooperation in joint research activities and to provide opportunities to students from Gothenburg University to carry out their research project at Hawler Medical University. The practical steps to have the first group of students to conduct their research projects have been started and the topics of the research project have been identified.
