Welcome to Department of Pharmacology

Parmacology and Toxicology are integrative sciences that investigate the actions of medicines on living systems. Medicines are chemical agents and these chemical agents can include endogenous molecules, such as neurotransmitters, materials in the environment that can produce adverse effects, and also synthetically made or naturally derived drugs that can treat human disease.
