The Directorate of General Registration is responsible for undertaking the following major activities:

• Issuance of university orders for
• Issuance of university orders related to admission of students to the colleges
• Relocation of students from and to other universities in and outside the region
• Relocation of students to other colleges
• Exchange of correspondences with colleges, Central Admission Office, all Iraqi universities and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Researches about admission, transferring and graduation of students
• Provide and arrange all needs for issuance of graduates' certificates
• Preparation and issuance of certificates for the graduates
• Check authenticity of all graduates' certificates
