The department provides essential knowledge and skills to graduating students, preparing them for the pharmacy, hospital ward, and clinical settings. Clinical pharmacy is a field the specializes in optimizing the patient care process in order to improve healthcare outcomes. As part of a healthcare team pharmacists are able to become proficient in communication, drug counseling, information provision, and medication therapy management.
