On Thursday, January 29, 2026, at 9:00 AM, the Master’s thesis defense of postgraduate student Ali Sabah Mohammed was held at the Dr. Zewar Qassab Hall in the College of Dentistry. The thesis was titled:"The Effects of Nanoparticles on Color Stability and Antifungal Effects of Maxillofacial Silicone Elastomers: An In-Vitro Study"
The study was conducted under the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Zhala Dara Omar Miranfrom Hawler Medical University, College of Dentistry.
The examination committee consisted of the following members:
1. Prof. Dr. Ahmed Assem – University of Mosul (Chairman)
2. Asst. Prof. Dr. Jawad Mohammed Mikael – Hawler Medical University (Member)
3. Asst. Prof. Dr. Hero Mohammed Ismail – Salahaddin University (Member)
Following an in-depth discussion and evaluation, the student successfully addressed the committee’s questions and observations, and the thesis was officially approved.
