The College of Dentistry at Hawler Medical University, in collaboration with President and Dentissimo, has launched an oral health awareness campaign.
Serving the community and raising awareness about dental health is an essential part of our students' educational process.
This recent activity by the College of Dentistry was organized for Mazi Basic School for Boys in Erbil.
The campaign was conducted under the supervision of the Deanship of the College of Dentistry and the Department of Pediatric and Preventive Dentistry, with the coordination of faculty members and a group of our dedicated students.
The activity included providing oral hygiene instructions and preventive guidance to the students. Our students and doctors performed free dental screenings for the children.
Additionally, toothbrushes were distributed by our students, and toothpaste—provided by President and Dentissimo—was handed out to the young students.
We extend our gratitude to the teachers of Mazi Basic School, President and Dentissimo, our dear students, and our faculty members in the Department of Pediatric and Preventive Dentistry. We wish all students a bright, successful future and excellent health.
