On Thursday, January 15, 2026, at 9:00 AM, the Master’s thesis defense of postgraduate student Amin Najat Ahmed was held at the Dr. Ziwar Qassab Hall in the College of Dentistry.
The thesis was titled:
�"Comparison of Fracture Resistance, Marginal Fit and Surface Roughness of Two Indirect Techniques of Overlay Fabrication by Composite Resin: An In-Vitro Study."
The research was conducted under the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Hoshang Khalid Abdulrahman from Hawler Medical University at our college.
The examination committee consisted of the following members:
1. Prof. Dr. Nadia Tawfiq Jaffar – University of Duhok (Chairperson)
2. Asst. Prof. Dr. Shakhawan Qadir Qadir – Hawler Medical University (Member)
3. Asst. Prof. Dr. Mutaz Ghazi Sa'adallah – Retired (Member)
Following a comprehensive discussion and evaluation, the student successfully addressed the committee's questions and remarks, and the thesis was officially accepted.
