On Thursday, January 8, 2026, at 9:00 AM, the Master’s thesis defense of postgraduate student (Dalan Jamal Kamal) was held at Dr. Zewar Qassab Hall in the College of Dentistry. The thesis was titled:
"Evaluation of CAD/CAM Milled Zirconia Crowns and 3D Printed Permanent Resin Crowns In Terms Of Adaptation, Compressive Strength and Surface Roughness."
The thesis was conducted under the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Fahad Sudad Akram from Hawler Medical University, College of Dentistry.
The examination committee consisted of the following members:
1. Prof. Dr. Bassam Karim Amin – Hawler Medical University (Chairman)
2. Prof. Dr. Abdulsalam Rashid Khdadi – University of Sulaimani (Member)
3. Asst. Prof. Dr. Shukriya Hussein Habib – University of Duhok (Member)
Following a thorough discussion and evaluation, the student successfully defended the thesis and addressed the committee's questions and observations. Consequently, the research was approved.
