The role of information technology in improving teaching and learning processes in the College of Pharmacy, Hawler medical University
The College of Pharmacy, Hawler medical University organized a training course about the role of information technology in improving teaching and learning process at the College of Pharmacy seminar hall from 9th of July 2018 to 31st of July 2018 for the academic staff at of the college. The first few sections of the training were started by Dr. Hiwa Omer Ahmad who talked about the Kurdistan Regional National University Ranking and evaluation scores to be calculate for ranking universities in Kurdistan for public and private universities. He also talked about how to create profile and fill activities in CPD in addition to the importance of Google scholar citation for academic staffs and university’s ranking.
The second other sections were organized by Dr. Dara Al Banna who explained the student’s exam system in the moodle system. He explained the best way in the new system in moodle to be followed by lecturers for making quiz, and asking questions.
Dr. Sazan Jameel was one of the presenters who talked about uploading student’s marks in the moodle system by lecturers and how to calculate average online in the system.
The final section was organized for Mr. Sameer from College of Pharmacy, who explained Remote Desktop, and using it to develop teaching and learning system.
