On 6 September 2021, Professor Dr. Nooraddin Ismail, President of Hawler Medical University, received Dr. Kamal Shaker, the former Minister of Health with a team
from the Kurdistan Communist Party. On the same day, he received the President of the Kurdistan Board of Medical Specialties accompanied by the vice president. The purpose of these visits was to extended congratulations and support to Professor Nooraddin Ismail on the occasion of holding the position of University President and discuss mutual collaboration.
